The filing of the Annual Report on Form 10-K respecting the twelve month period ended December 31, 2016, for SPAR Group, Inc., and its subsidiaries (collectively, the "Company") will be delayed as the Company incorporates the required information for reporting its recently acquired operations in Brazil. The Company is confident that such Report will be filed on or before the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
