SPAR Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: SGRP) (the "Company" or "SPAR Group"), a leading supplier of retail merchandising and other marketing services throughout the United States and internationally, today announced that the Company expects to record annual revenue of approximately $100 million for the twelve month period ended December 31, 2012 (unaudited). This represents an increase in revenue of $27 million or 36%, compared to 2011 revenue.
