SPAR Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: SGRP) (the "Company" or "SPAR Group"), a leading supplier of retail merchandising and other marketing services throughout the United States and internationally, today announced that the Company's Mexican subsidiary, SPAR TODOPROMO ("SPAR"), has signed an annual contract with a major Fortune 500 company to provide in-store merchandising services to over 250 locations in Mexico. The contract is valued at $2.5 million annually and will begin immediately.
